One of authentication factor to secure message between merchant with us, we implement network authentication to identify who you are and where message are originating request coming from. We do whitelist your IP and you also have to apply the same thing

IP Addresses

ESPAY sends payment notifications to merchants from several IP addresses. In case your system whitelists IP addresses, please add ESPAY IP below to your whitelist:

Production Environment:

139.255.109.146

Sandbox Environment:

139.255.73.91

In any case you are unable to receive notification from ESPAY, please ensure that you already whitelisted the IPs above.

API Endpoint

ESPAY API endpoint is distributed and protected with multiple layers of security, so it will not have any specific IP address.

Please whitelist our API domain name instead: api.espay.id

In any case you are unable to send request to ESPAY, please ensure that you already whitelisted the domain above.
